Each role has specific educational requirements and professional experience as follows:

  • Assistant Manager Financial Services: 16 years education in Commerce, ACCA, CA Finalist, or Finance/Business Administration. 5+ years relevant experience, age up to 42 years.
  • Audit Officer: 16 years in Commerce/Finance, 3+ years experience, preferably in public sector/donor-funded projects, age up to 42 years.
  • Gender & Environment Officer: 16 years in Social Sciences, Gender & Development, Women Studies, or Management, 3+ years experience, age up to 42 years.
  • Procurement Officer: 16 years in Civil Engineering, Commerce, or related fields, 5+ years experience with at least 2 years in procurement for public/private projects, age up to 42 years.
  • HR & Legal Executive: 16 years in HR, Law, or Business Administration, 2+ years experience, age up to 37 years.
  • Record Room Executive: 16 years in Business Administration or Economics, 2+ years experience in records management, age up to 37 years.
  • Videography Executive: 12 years education, 2+ years professional experience in video/photography production with proven portfolio, age up to 37 years.
