- Divisional Monitoring Officer: Bachelor/Master in Public Administration / Data Management / Project Management or related field, 2 yrs M&E experience.
- Assistant Director / Officers: Bachelor / Master equivalent, knowledge of government rules & procedures, report writing & MS Office proficiency.
- Technical Staff (Sub-Engineers / Field Supervisors / Town Planner): Relevant technical degree / diploma, experience in field work and project management.
- Clerical / Support Staff: Basic computer skills, typing speed as per post requirements, fresh graduates eligible for some posts.
- Drivers & Security: Relevant licenses, physically fit, experience mandatory.
