🎓 Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's (4 Years) in Business Administration / Project Management / Mass Communication / Education or related field
- Master’s degree will be preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is required
- Degrees must be attested by HEC
💼 Professional Experience
Candidates should have preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience in similar role(s), ideally in IT or Public Sector.
🛠 Responsibilities & Skills
- Proactive planning & workflow management, including creating and tracking project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Work with Project Management Unit (PMU) and technical team leads to break down high-level goals into daily/weekly actionable tasks.
- Monitor status of project phases, stakeholders, and clients while providing regular updates to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive record-keeping including contracts, schedules, status reports, briefs, and official correspondence.
- Formulate technical and non-technical public-facing documents for international partners and government agencies highlighting progress and successes.
- Proficiency in technical and professional writing to support clear documentation and project coordination.
📍 Terms & Conditions
- Hired on contract basis, 6-month probation (extendable).
- Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel recruitment and accept/reject applications at any stage.
