Job Responsibilities
Accounts Manager (Invoices)
- Oversee the entire invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Maintain accounts receivable and general ledger reconciliation.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and other internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding payments and aging reports to ensure timely collections.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and taxation rules.
- Prepare financial reports and assist senior management in strategic decision-making.
Electrician
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance at KSEW facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Assist engineering team in electrical design and implementation projects.
- Report to supervisors regarding technical issues or improvements.
Driver
- Transport personnel, documents, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain vehicle in proper working condition and ensure timely servicing.
- Follow road safety rules and company policies at all times.
- Assist in logistic operations and support administrative tasks as required.
